I WITNESSED on a cloud, the Judge will come

Studio

1I WITNESSED on a cloud, the Judge will come, Bright flames prepare his way; Thunder and darkness, fire and storm, Lead on the dreadful day.

2No more shall bold blasphemers say, Judgment will ne'er begin; No more abuse his long delay To multiply their sin.

3Then shall the Lord a refuge prove For all his poor oppressed; To save the people of his love, And give the weary rest.
