SPEND AND BE SPENT

1Spend and be spent for Jesus,
Give all as he has done;
Let not a single talent
His in the earth be gone.

RefrainSpend and be spent for Jesus,
Spend and be spent for Jesus,
Spend and be spent for Jesus,
Give all as he has done.

2Spend and be spent for Jesus,
Work for the Master's cause;
Saving the lost and dying,
Obeying all his laws.

3Spend and be spent for Jesus,
Let all thy powers be free;
Let not the world's allurements
Win thee away from me.

4Spend and be spent for Jesus,
So when thy work is done,
Joyful the blessed welcome:
'Well done, my faithful one!'
