NOT A WASTED MOMENT

1Not a wasted moment in the morning fair,
Not a wasted moment while the sun is bright,
Where the home is cheerless and the heart is bare,
Where the souls are longing for the light of light.

RefrainGod, on high, not lost, not lost,
But they have found their Savior's cost,
Save the lost, save the lost,
Let us gain souls at any cost.

2Not a wasted moment in the sunny day,
Not a wasted moment while the Christ is near,
Where the drunk are reeling over the way,
Where the weary mourn throughout the field of care.

3Not a wasted moment in the evening light,
Not a wasted moment while the Lord is here,
Where the drank are rolling over the sight,
Where the weary mourn throughout the field of care.
